  • Address problem areas with data on various compliance and satisfaction metrics

  • Deliver our Corporate Plan

  • Focus on delivering core services better

  • Confirm delivery through Program Management Framework

  • Oversee progress through a new Delivery Board

4. Governance, Measures, Reporting:

  • Oversight by Management Board and Senior Executive Team

  • Annual review of corporate plan and strategic objectives

  • Publish progress in Annual Report

  • Use a golden threaded approach to integrate main themes across strategies, policies and plans

  • Conduct strategic annual reviews to assess performance and adapt to macro-environment changes
